The Slaight Music team is incredibly proud to report that Theo Tams recently passed the 50 million stream milestone. Theo has been a part of the Slaight Music family since the company began, and no artist has worked harder and more diligently than he does to build his career and his fanbase.

Gary Slaight Receives His Star on Canada's Walk of Fame
At a star-studded anniversary gala in Toronto on Saturday, Gary Slaight received his own star on Canada's Walk of Fame, in recognition of his work as a pioneering broadcast executive and a leading patron of the arts. Gary was introduced by his friend (and 2018 inductee) Andy Kim, and his tribute featured a medley of songs by Gordon Lightfoot, performed by Brett Kissel, Tom Wilson, Jessica Mitchell and Theo Tams, along with the Dixon Music Hall's children's choir.

$26.5M in Gifts to Youth Mental Health Initiatives
The Slaight Family Foundation today announced it will donate $26.5 million to 19 organizations, including national charities, Greater Toronto Area hospitals, and community service providers, to support and expand services for youth suffering from mental health issues. The initiative will enable recipient organizations to provide new or enhanced models of care for youth suffering from such issues as substance use disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, eating disorders and post-partum depression.
