INDIE WEEK is an industry leader in the digital space, presenting 4 annual music + tech online conferences, a live weekly industry discussion series, a podcast, online mentorship sessions, and a new online community for music creators and professionals (songwriters, artists, producers, promoters, festivals, conferences, labels, and more ).

From local to international, INDIE WEEK provides online platforms for creators and business professionals of any level to connect online to do real business.

Based in Toronto, the REMIX Project provides top-notch creative educational programs, along with facilitators and facilities for young people from disadvantaged, marginalized and under-served communities. Their programs and services help youth who are trying to enter into the creative industries or further their formal education, helping them develop and refine their raw talents and find success on their own terms.

The Remix Project's flagship facility is located in the heart of the city in downtown Toronto, on the 5th floor of Daniels Waterfront City of the Arts. Remix provides a 5,000 sq. ft. training facility that includes a collaborative workspace, state-of-the-art recording studio, DJ lab, performance space, photography studio, and a production suite.

The JUNO Awards were founded to raise the public profile and recognition of musical artists in Canada and were named in tribute to Pierre Juneau, the first chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). This year, the JUNOS are to be held in Halifax, at Scotiabank Centre on Sunday, March 24, and hosted by legendary singer, songwriter and pop superstar, Nelly Furtado.

The 53rd celebration will feature show-stopping performances from Canada’s hottest acts including Toronto rock sensations The Beaches, Montreal-born singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin, and the host of the JUNOS herself, Nelly Furtado with more to be announced.

This year, Hip-Hop pioneer Maestro Fresh Wes will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame with a special presentation and performance presented by TD. Tegan and Sara will also be honoured during the ceremony with the prestigious 2024 Humanitarian Award presented by Award-winning actor and Halifax native Elliot Page.
